The Poly Drive reconstruction project consists of approximately 14,300 CY of Excavation, 4,800 tons of AC Roadway Pavement, 7,700 LF of Concrete Curb & Gutter, 43,000 SF of Concrete Sidewalk, 6,000 LF Storm Drain Improvements, 1,300 LF Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation, a new traffic signal installation at Zimmerman Trail, and all other related miscellaneous items related to roadway reconstruction.

| The Contract Documents consisting of 11x17 Drawings and Project Manual may be examined or obtained at the office of DOWL, 222 North 32nd Street, Suite 700, Billings, MT 59101 in accordance with Article 2.01 of Instructions to Bidders. Required deposit is $100.00 per set, which is not refundable. Full size drawings are available upon request and are subject to an additional charge. In addition, the same Drawings and Project Manual may be examined at the City of Billings Public Works Department, 2224 Montana Avenue, Billings, MT 59101. The Drawings and Project Manual have also been uploaded to www.montanabid.com which posts to the following independent Montana plan exchanges:

| Only Bidders on the official plan holders list may bid on the Project. Bidders must have purchased Bidding Documents from the office of DOWL at the above address in order to be added to the plan holders list. There will be a non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at the office of the City of Billings Public Works Department, 2224 Montana Avenue, Billings, MT 59101 at 10:00AM on Friday, April 17, 2015. Interested Contractors are encouraged to attend.
Contractor and any of the Contractor's subcontractors bidding or doing work on this project will be required to be registered with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). Forms for registration are available from the Department of Labor & Industry, P.O. Box 8011, 1805 Prospect, Helena, Montana 59604-8011. Information on registration can be obtained by calling 1-406-444-7734. All laborers and mechanics employed by Contractor or subcontractors in performance of the construction work shall be paid wages at rates as may be required by the laws of Yellowstone County and the State of Montana. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Billings, Montana, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful bidders shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful Bidder(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided.
No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of bids, which is 2:00PM local time, Tuesday, April 28, 2015.
The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the City of Billings.
