| Plans and specifications are available for viewing at the Office of the City Engineer located at 2224 Montana Avenue, the Billings Builders Exchange, the Great Falls Plans Center, and the Montana Contractor’s Association, and at Peaks to Plains Design PC located at 404 North 31 Street, Suite 405, Billings, Montana 59101. Copies of the plans and specifications may be obtained from Peaks to Plains Design PC located at 404 North 31 Street, Suite 405, Billings, Montana 59101 for a nonrefundable deposit of $ 100.00. Bidders interested in receiving the bidding documents by UPS, Fed Ex or other parcel service must include their account number with their request.
