Description:

The City of Billings has received approval from the Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) to develop a federal-aid Community Transportation Enhancement Program (CTEP) project titled: Swords Park Trail II-STPE 1099 (60).  This project is also funded partially with Department of Energy (DOE) Recovery and Reinvestment (Recovery Act) funds.

The City of Billings Parks, Recreation and Public Lands (PRPL) Department is soliciting proposals from qualified Consultants to assist them in providing Landscape Architectural and Engineering design services and construction oversight for a hard surfaced multi-use trail in compliance to all applicable requirements under the MDT CTEP and the DOE Recovery Act.

Proposers may withdraw their proposal either personally or by written request any time prior to the due date set for receiving proposals. No proposal may be withdrawn or modified after the due date and time, unless and until the award of the contract is delayed for a period of ninety (90) days. The right is reserved by the City of Billings to reject any or all proposals received, to waive irregularities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed ninety (90) days, and to accept that proposal which is in the best interests of the City of Billings.
