Copies of the Contract Documents can be obtained from HDR Engineering for a non-refundable payment of $50.00. | A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting for all bidders will be held at 10:30 a.m. on April 6, 2010 in the Conference Room of the Wastewater Treatment Plant, Highway 87, Billings, MT. Representatives of the Public Works Department, Engineering Inc., and HDR Engineering, Inc. will be present to describe the project and answer questions.
