A full-size set of plans can be purchased at Selbys ESSCO, 2595 Enterprise Ave, Billings, MT 59102, (406) 652-4414. The CONTRACTOR will only be on the official planholder list if plans and specifications are purchased from the office of DOWL HKM. Plans and specifications will be available for viewing at the Office of the City Engineer located at 2224 Montana Avenue; Billings, MT 59101, and at the following plan rooms:
