Request for Proposals

The City of Billings, an Equal Opportunity Employer, requests proposals for a Concessionaire to operate the Airport's Gift Shop Concession at the Billings Logan International Airport, Billings, Montana.

Detailed specifications and instructions for the submission of proposals are available at the Office of the Director of Aviation and Transit, Billings Logan International Airport, 1901 Terminal Circle, Room 216, Billings, MT   59105.

All proposals must be submitted to the Office of the Director of Aviation and Transit, Billings Logan International Airport, 1901 Terminal Circle, Room 216, Billings, MT  59105, no later than 4:00 p.m., MST, November 19, 2021.

The Billings Logan International Airport has established an overall ACDBE goal for the year. Under any contract derived from this solicitation, the Airport is adopting a race-neutral means of facilitating ACDBE participation. The offeror/bidder shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex in the performance of this contact. The offeror/bidder shall carry out all applicable requirements of 49 CFR Part 23 in the award and administration of DOT assisted contracts.
