1:00 PM - 2:15 PM, Aspen View The Senior/Homebound Outreach Program makes monthly visits to Senior residential facilities and nursing homes, bringing the experience of browsing for Library materials right inside the doors. The service also provides library services to those who are homebound, delivering requested materials to the doors of those within the City of Billings.
