   Passengers who believe they qualify for a reduced fare offered by MET Transit should complete the form below.

   You MUST create a TouchPass account online via https://touchpass.com or on your smartphone using the TouchPass app BEFORE you complete this form. If you recieved a TouchPass card from one of our merchant locations and believe you qualify for a reduced fare, you may also complete the form below with your TouchPass card number. If none of the above apply to you, do not submit the form before creating your TouchPass account or getting a TouchPass card. MET cannot modify your account if it does not exist.

   Please note, your information will be used only to verify your account and discount eligibility. Information will NOT be shared with others.

    Other documentation may be accepted, please contact MET Transit for more info. Uploaded documentation will be deleted from the MET system after verification is complete. *
