Project Re:Code Public Meeting

Exactly 12 months ago, the Project ReCode consultant team of SAFEBuilt Studios, Codametrics and High Plains Architects, visited Billings to learn about our community needs and aspirations for future development.
The consultant team is returning now to present all the work they have completed in partnership with the you and the community to build a new and improved zoning code for Billings and Yellowstone County.
This evening the team will present  the Draft of the Core Sections of the new Zoning Code and Map for Billings and Yellowstone County in the City Council Chambers starting with an informal Q & A session at 5:30 pm and a formal presentation starting at 6:30 pm.
This presentation will be televised on Community 7.
If you cannot make this meeting, tomorrow, June 19th the Downtown Business Alliance will be hosting a Project Re:Code public meeting at their office located at 116 N. 29th Street starting at 11:30 am.
This coincides with the release of our new website for Project ReCode where you can easily view the new map side-by-side with the old map, download the drafts of the code sections, and communicate directly with staff on zoning code issues.
