In 2001, the City of Billings and Yellowstone County adopted the West Billings Neighborhood Plan. Now, they are seeking to modernize and enhance the plan.

The 2024 West Billings Neighborhood Plan aims to identify current and future needs for people living, working, and playing in the Billings area. The plan will evaluate and update existing goals, policies, and implementation strategies. The outcome of this plan will be a clear action plan that outlines priorities and develop an overall land use plan based on public input, City and County policies, and State regulations, as applicable.
