K.C. Williams, Director of Emergency Management for the City of Billings and Yellowstone County, is offering a FEMA G402 disaster training class to all City Council and City Leadership on Wednesday, October 18th, from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM in the County Commissioner's Board Room, on the 3rd Floor of the Stillwater Building, at 316 N. 26th Street. The training is necessary to remain compliant for Federal emergency funding.
In the event a quorum of the Council is present, NO CITY-RELATED business decisions shall be made.
