Please note the training event scheduled below for you and our boards and commissions with Dan Clark from the Local Government Center in Bozeman is in coordination with the City Attorney’s Office and PCSD staff. This training is being offered to the Council, boards and commissions internal to and affiliated with the City.

Topics to be covered include:

• Running public meetings, process and protocols
• Addressing conflicts of interest and perceived conflicts of interest
• Ex parte communication

We hope to share “real world” examples of issues of conflict of interest and ex parte communication so attendees may consider the issues and ask questions.
