"Happy Notes"

The Billings community, as well communities around the world, experienced extreme social isolation and apathy during the Coronavirus Pandemic. But how did we / will we choose to respond? 

AmeriCorps member Blake Matthews spoke with Billings community members to discover the "silver linings" of the past year. His hope is that his video “Happy Notes” creations will provide viewers with a sense of connection and joy, encouraging them to see and focus on the growth they have experienced during the pandemic.
