E-Mails to / from the Mayor & City Council Members

E-mails sent to or from the Mayor and all City Council members collectively as a group are now posted on the City website. The City Clerk staff reviews comments once each business day to determine if they contain any content protected from disclosure by law, such as health care information, privileged communications, etc. If no protected content is found, the e-mails will be posted to the designated City website location.

All e-mail messages sent to and from the Mayor and all City Council members collectively as a group are the sole responsibility of the person from whom the e-mail originated. You are entirely responsible for all content that you e-mail.

The City reserves the right to edit and redact posted e-mails to eliminate commercial and political solicitation, name-calling, crude language, personal abuse, and unfounded allegations.
